As part of Samsung Innovation Campus, Andrés Sebastián Záizar, a 23-year-old student from Colima, Mexico, is gaining expertise in AI and socio-emotional skills, which are crucial in today’s competitive education and job market.

A pathway to Professional Success

Living in Colima presents challenges, especially traveling to the University of Guadalajara for in-person sessions. "I’m betting on my future, and sacrifices are worth it," said Andrés. His journey highlights the power of perseverance, family support, and the importance of access to quality education in preparing young professionals for AI and technology opportunities.

Through Samsung Innovation Campus, Andrés developed a blend of technical, leadership, and teamwork skills. With 130 hours of AI education and 20 hours focused on socio-emotional development, he gained the tools for a successful tech career. The program includes three 3-hour classes each week for an in-depth learning experience.

The impact of the program extends beyond academic learning; it fosters critical soft skills and offers valuable mentorship that guides him toward his professional goals. This initiative plays a vital role in preparing new generations with comprehensive education that blends technical expertise with essential soft skills.
