Samsung Electronics held a special lecture on career development for students participating in the Samsung Innovation Campus in Türkiye. This special lecture, conducted by professional coaches and HR consultants, was provided with customized lectures and counseling to strengthen students' overall employment capabilities, from choosing a career path to writing resumes and preparing for interviews.

“Samsung Innovation Campus" is Samsung Electronics' global citizenship program that provides education on core ICT technologies to students and unemployed young people to develop their capabilities and help them get a job.

In Türkiye, the third Samsung Innovation Campus began in December 2021. So far this year, 25 students have received a total of 350 hours of training on artificial intelligence at Middle East Technical University. In addition, the curriculum includes various activities including joint programs with various partners such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Turkish Informatics Foundation.

Moreover, "Samsung Innovation Campus" supports participants to develop their technical skills, soft skills, and employment skills altogether through special lectures, mentoring programs, and Capstone projects.

The employment rate of the first and second graduates of Türkiye's Samsung Innovation Campus held in 2020 and 2021 reached 90%. Under the vision ‘Together for Tomorrow, Enabling People,’ Samsung Electronics will continue its effort on youth education to foster talent that will lead the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
