Jaci: The Project That Gave Voice, Visibility, and Dignity to Female Health

The Jessi Project was born from mentor Marcele Araújo’s warm empathy and began with the honest stories of young girls. It has grown from installing sanitary pad dispensers to developing smart pads that detect pH changes, marking an inspiring journey of innovation and care.

Led entirely by the students, the Jessi Project became a space where knowledge and empathy come together. It helps normalize open conversations about menstruation and builds a culture of understanding and respect among young people.

The Jessi Project shows how science, education, and compassion can come together to create positive change in the community. It continues to empower more girls to grow with confidence and pride in themselves.
