Samsung employees around the world are actively participating in initiatives to fulfill our social responsibilities. This includes voluntarily creating and operating volunteer clubs, engaging in diverse activities such as regular visits to elderly and children's institutions, and participating in environmental clean-up efforts. In 2024, global employees contributed a total of over 609,000 hours to these meaningful endeavors.

Through our 1:1 matching fund program established in 2011, Samsung doubles the impact of employee donations to support youth education and local community initiatives. In 2025, employees contributed a total of KRW 11.36 billion, while Samsung allocated an additional KRW 11.38 billion in matching funds (reflecting the total employee contributions from 2024).
